What we collect
What you enter in our forms or send us by email: your name, work email, company, role and your answers. We also collect anonymous website statistics. We do not use cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, provide what you asked for and improve our services. We only report form answers as combined, anonymous figures. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and taking the steps you ask for before any contract. We do not send marketing emails or sell your data.
Who sees it
Only us and the service providers that host our website, handle our forms and email, and provide website statistics. They act on our instructions.
How long we keep it
12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@hellopm.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
