Supplier Change Network

Free worked examples, limited places

Early access for MedTech suppliers

One supplier change. Multiple customers. Coordinated compliance.

We help MedTech suppliers understand what each customer requires when a supplier change occurs: notice, approval, evidence, how to submit it and who to tell.

We’re testing this with a small group of MedTech suppliers using one real planned change and up to five of your MedTech customers. No software to install. No documents to share.

The principle

Change once.

Describe a change one time, not once for every customer.

Comply with the right requirements.

Apply each customer’s own rules on notice, approval and evidence.

Notify the customers who need to know.

Tell only the customers the change affects, in the form each one expects.

The change is simple. Telling everyone is not.

Each customer’s quality agreement, supply agreement and supplier manual set its own rules for changes. Most suppliers track this in spreadsheets, inboxes and the memory of a few people.

Getting it wrong costs. A missed or late notice can lead to a corrective action request, a shipment hold or lost business.

Today

  1. Work out what each customer requires, from its manual, portal and your agreement with it.
  2. Work out what changes for each customer.
  3. Prepare a different notice for each one.
  4. Chase replies across separate email chains.

With a change requirements map

  1. Describe the change once.
  2. Get each affected customer’s requirements in one map.
  3. Know what each customer needs before you submit.
  4. Know how each customer wants it submitted.

How it works

For the early-access program, you tell us your planned change and up to five of your MedTech customers. We research what each customer publishes about changes. Where public information is incomplete, your team confirms what applies from its own customer-specific terms, which never leave your company. Final regulatory, quality and implementation decisions stay with you.

1

Describe the change

What is changing, where, when, and which MedTech customers it affects.

2

We research what each customer publishes

Supplier manuals, change-notification processes, portals, forms, notice periods and approval requirements, from customers’ public sources.

3

You confirm the customer-specific gaps

Where public information is incomplete, your team confirms what applies from its own customer-specific terms and experience. Your documents stay with you.

4

You get a change requirements map

For each customer: notice, approval, evidence, how to submit, contact and deadline, with conflicts and the tightest deadline flagged. Your team makes the final call.

  • A free change requirements map for one planned change, covering up to five of your MedTech customers.
  • A direct say in what gets built next.
  • No customer agreements to share. They stay with you.
  • In return, we ask for honest feedback on whether it saved you time.

What early access means

Who it is for

This is not about removing control

Each customer keeps control of its own:\

The aim is to remove duplicated work in how change information moves between suppliers and customers.

Supplier Change Network is an early-stage concept from HelloPM, based in Ireland.

We help MedTech suppliers understand what each customer requires when a supplier change occurs. We do not give legal or regulatory advice, and final decisions stay with your team.
